Ian & Paul are Resolution Accredited, Pension on Divorce Experts (PODE's) as well as being Chartered Financial Planners
You and your clients are in reliable and safe hands when instructing us to prepare reports and forecasts. We both have a financial advice and planning background and have been Resolution Accredited Financial Advisers since 2007.
Pensions on Divorce has been a central part of our work for many years. We both work in the same way and enjoy finding solutions for clients. Our aim is to provide understandable solutions that meet the needs of all parties as closely as is possible. We are not afraid of being inventive with these solutions and look for solutions where there may not appear to be one at the start.
Ian and Paul work closely with other professionals, including both accountants and solicitors and were nominated and shortlisted for Wolverhampton Law Society Professional of the Year 2017 (Ian), 2018 (Paul) and 2019 (Paul).

Ian is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Financial Planning on Divorce.
Ian is co-chair of the Collaborative Working Party, a sub-group of the Dispute Resolution Committee within Resolution. With 30 years of experience in financial services and financial planning, he is a strong advocate of delivering advice and planning in a way that his clients find it easy to understand.
Ian has over 30 years experience in financial planning and aims to provide advice and support in a way that it is straightforward, simple and understood.
Outside of work Ian prefers to be active and outside, having become a keen gardener in recent years. Ian is married with four children/step children and a grandson.

Paul is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Financial Planning on Divorce.
After 30 years of providing financial advice, Paul recently took a step back from this role to focus on working solely within Southdown.
Paul has always been an advocate of delivering solutions, advice and reports in a way that is straightforward and easy to understand.
In addition to be a Resolution member, Paul is also an affiliate member the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries.
Paul has been married for 30 years, has four children and is a very keen cyclist. He also likes to sketch and paint when time permits.
